RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We offer a 10 day return or exchange policy from the date of receipt of your shipment if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason. 

We will offer a replacement or full refund if the size, quantity, metals and technical specifications or descriptions are not what was promised, or the item was damaged or broken upon receipt.  In that case, you will pay for the return shipping in the original package.  You are responsible for repacking it in the same condition to ensure the item is not damaged during shipment.

We offer credit for an exchange or replacement with another C&J product of equal or lesser value if you are otherwise dissatisfied or have changed your mind about your purchase.  You will be responsible for shipping expenses for returning the item in the original package, and shipping expense of the replacement item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be carefully repackaged in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your qualifying return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

If you have requested a replacement item, we will ship the replacement item to the same address once the inspection is complete and the return is accepted.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

To return your product, you should ship your product by premium mail service such as UPS, DHL, or FEDEX to: Claudia & Julio, Sevilla 98, Santa Anita, Tlaquepaque, JAL, 45600, Mexico. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live and product availability, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
